General conditions:

Personal information:
This website does not store personal information we collect in order to process transactions for commercial purposes. Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) from the order form is used to send your orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) is handled by paypals secure server.

Cancellations:
Before your Order has been printed, we are happy to make any changes you want and even cancel your Order if you so choose. There is NO charge to make changes to your Order before it has been printed. However, once we begin processing your Order, but PRIOR to printing, and you want to cancel your Order, there will be a MINIMUM cancellation charge of 15% of the total cost of your Order, or $50, whichever is GREATER. The exact amount will be determined by le fairepart shop, in its sole discretion, based on the amount of work that has already been done on your Order.
All sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Text errors:
If the cards printed for you contain a printing or type error caused by our staff, we will gladly reprint your Order at NO COST to you. We may ask you to return the erroneous cards at our expense. Sorry, we cannot replace cards if the error was contained in the approved proof card, so please CHECK YOUR COPY CAREFULLY before approving your Order. In those cases, we will reprint your Order at a discount from the original costs.

Damaged Cards:
If your Cards are damaged during shipping, call us and we will arrange to have them send back at our costs. We will reprint your Order and ship it the next business day.

Colour Disclaimer:

We strive to make the colours of the cards at Le fairepartshop.com as accurate as possible. However, due to the inconsistencies of various monitors, the colours on your screen may not be an accurate depiction of the actual colour of the thebabycardshop.com cards.
Screen images should be used as a guide only.

ALL CARD DESIGNS ARE COPYRIGHTED AND ARE THE PROPERTY OF THE CARDS MANUFACTUERS AND DESIGNERS. BY VISITING OUR SITE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT COPY, PRINT, DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE REPORDUCE ANY PART OF THE CARDS BY ANY MEANS, MECHANICAL OR ELECTRONIC.

By visiting our site and placing your Order, you further agree that neither thebabycardshop.com nor its owners, employees, representative or suppliers shall be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of any aspect of your Order, including but not limited to products, printing or delivery, except for refund or replacement when products are defective in any amount limited to the price of the Order.

thebabycardshop.com does not warrant against late deliveries due to shipping delays, or any other reason outside the control of thebabycardshop.com.

Thebabycardshop.com reserves the right to print the source of the card on the backside of the card.
